The Authentic Leader
Designed for women working in the tech sector, this focused coaching programme helps you navigate the challenges that often come with growth, visibility and progression. We’ll work on confidence, leadership identity, executive presence and influence so you can step forward more fully, overcome barriers and lead with greater impact.
Includes six 1-1 sessions (60 minutes each). The first and final sessions can be delivered in person.

Meet Áine
When I first stepped into leadership, fear and self-doubt were my constant companions.
I questioned whether I was ready and often compared myself to others around me. Like many leaders, I was learning in real time while trying to project confidence and keep everything moving.
Everything began to shift when I experienced the power of coaching for myself. Coaching helped me recognise my strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns and lead with more clarity, confidence and authenticity.
Across senior leadership roles in the technology sector, I went on to build and scale teams while creating coaching-led environments grounded in psychological safety, inclusion and performance. I saw first-hand that when people feel supported and stretched in the right way, they do better work and leadership becomes more human and more effective.
Now, as founder of Authentic Leadership, I help women in tech and other ambitious leaders grow into the kind of leaders they want to be. If you are ready to lead with more confidence, presence and purpose, I’d love to support that journey.

Executive coaching is a personalised development process that helps leaders strengthen their confidence, self-awareness and effectiveness at work. Through one-to-one coaching sessions, I support clients to navigate leadership challenges, think more strategically, improve communication and lead with greater clarity, confidence and impact.
